Before we search for homes, we’ll get you connected with a trusted lender who can tell you exactly what you qualify for. This step takes 1–2 days and costs nothing. Knowing your budget upfront means no wasted time and no heartbreak.
Step 2: Find Your Perfect Home
I’ll search MLS listings, new construction communities, and off-market opportunities in your target area and price range. Buckeye and Goodyear have incredible options for first-time buyers — from starter homes in the $300s to brand-new construction communities.
Step 3: Make an Offer
When you find the right home, I’ll help you write a competitive offer and negotiate the best terms on your behalf. I’ll explain every line so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to.
Step 4: Inspection & Appraisal
I’ll coordinate your home inspection and guide you through any repair negotiations so you’re fully protected. No surprises after closing.
Step 5: Close & Get Your Keys!
We’ll walk through final paperwork together. When it’s done, you get the keys to your very first home. This is the best part of my job.
Down Payment Help — You May Already Qualify
Many first-time buyers don’t realize they can qualify for Arizona programs that cover their down payment and closing costs. I specialize in two powerful programs:
- Home in Five — Up to 5% down payment assistance, exclusive to Maricopa County (covers Buckeye, Goodyear & the entire West Valley). Income limit up to $153,440.
- Home Plus — Statewide Arizona program, forgivable over time. Income limit up to $146,503.
Combined with an FHA loan, many of my first-time buyer clients purchase a home with little to nothing out of pocket.
